  • 2 pkgs. Ramen noodles (chicken or beef) soup
  • 1 pkg. frozen spinach
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Cook Ramen noodles as directed.
2. Bring frozen spinach to a boil and drain.
3. Add frozen spinach to Ramen noodles soup.
4. Heat and and the ramen soup recipe is ready to serve. Approximately serves 4-6 persons...enjoy the soup !

CURRY RAMEN SOUP RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 baking potatoes peeled and diced
  • 5 small carrots sliced
  • 2 onions diced
  • 2 lbs diced chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp seasoning salt
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1/32 tsp cayenne pepper (a pinch)
  • 2 Maggi beef bouillion cubes
  • 8 tbsp curry powder (divided)
  • oil
  • ramen noodles
INSTRUCTIONS
At Medium setting, heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a skillet and sprinkle half of curry into the oil. When the curry starts to foam, add the onions and carrots and sautee until onions are translucent. Remove from heat and transfer it into a soup pot. Add potatoes and enough water to cover potatoes. Bring to a boil and simmer.

In a bowl, place chicken, seasoning salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix well until the chicken is evenly seasoned.

In the skillet, add 3 tablespoons of oil and sprinkle remaining curry into the oil.

When the curry starts to foam add the seasoned chicken mix and sautee on a high heat. Chicken does not need to be thoroughly cooked.

Toss the sauteed chicken into the soup mix, and simmer until potatoes are cooked and the broth is thick (about 30 min).

Cook Ramen according to package directions. Serve Ramen and pour soup over it. The ramen soup recipe is ready to serves 8 person...enjoy !

* 3 1/2 cups vegetable broth
* 1 (3.5 ounce) package ramen noodles with dried vegetables
* 2 teaspoons soy sauce
* 1/2 teaspoon chili oil
* 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root
* 2 green onions, sliced

INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a medium saucepan combine broth and ramen noodles. Cover and bring to a boil over high heat; stir to break up noodles. Reduce heat to medium and add soy sauce, chili oil and ginger. Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Stir ramen in sesame oil and garnish with green onions. The ramen soup recipe is ready..enjoy it !

* 2 tbsp soy sauce shopping list
* 1 tsp (red rooster or tapatio) hot chili sauce shopping list
* 1 package TOP RAMEN, any flavor (chicken, oriental, or chili R best) shopping list
* 4 fresh MUSHROOOMS sliced or 1 can straw mushrooms shopping list
* *cooked chicken (leftovers or canned) cut into bite size pieces shopping list
* 1/2 fresh lime shopping list
* Fresh cilantro to taste shopping list

INSTRUCTIONS

* Pour the water and coconut milk into a pot and place on medium high heat. Add the Ramen flavoring packet, sugar, soy sauce and chili sauce. Stir to blend. Add Ramen noodles. As the liquid begins to boil, add the mushrooms and cooked chicken. Let it cook until the noodles are done (about three mintues). Squeeze the juice of the lime into the mixture and garnish with fresh cilantro. The ramen soup recipe is ready to eat! Enjoy the ramen soup.

* Cook noodles and drain save flavor packet
* in a fry pan cook the meat <>
* in the same fry pan add veggies and noodles
* add soy sauce to taste and add flavor packet
* cook untill veggies are tender

Ingredients

* 1 lb lean hamburger shopping list
* 1 (46 oz) can V-8 juice (reduced sodium is a good option for this soup) shopping list
* 1 clove garlic chopped or 1 ts minced garlic shopping list
* 1 (15 oz) can Veg All mixed vegetables shopping list
* 1 (1 oz) pkg onion soup mix shopping list
* 1 pkg ramen noodles broken up (do NOT use the flavor packet) shopping list
INSTRUCTIONS

* Brown the hamburger in a soup pot with a lid, draining off any excess fat. (If you really want to reduce fat then rinse the hamburger with warm water after browning as it will reduce fat content by a quarter).
* Add the V-8 juice, garlic, and onion soup mix to the hamburger.
* Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to low and simmer with lid on for 10 mins.
* After 10 mins of cooking add the broken up ramen noodles and the can of veg all vegetables and continue to simmer for another 10 minutes stirring occasionly.
* If you like your noodles mushy then simply add all ingredients to the hamburger and simmer for 20 minutes just depends on how you like things.
